Tilt Archery Challenge is a game written by Robert C. Best III. The game does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking, and it does not send information to me or to anyone else.
The game saves your settings (sound, haptic feedback and tilt direction) and whether you have seen the tutorial. This stays on your device and is removed when you delete the game.
The game reads your phone's motion sensors so you can aim the bow and jump by moving your phone. This is used only while you play. It is not saved and does not leave your device.
You can choose to leave an optional tip. Apple handles the payment through the App Store, and I never see your name, Apple account or payment details. Apple's handling of your information is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Apple gives developers sales totals and, from people who choose to share it with developers, app usage statistics and crash reports. These do not identify you to me. You can control this sharing in your device's Privacy & Security settings.
The About screen links to my website, which opens outside the game.
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
